The VCC Series an effective free-standing system that is ducted to an operation and designed to collect virtually 100% of coolant smoke, mist and dust generated from metal finishing and forming processes.

This light-duty unit can be placed directly on or adjacent to machining centers. With its ease of installation and low maintenance, the VCC is a practical and economical solution for capturing harmful contaminants.

Unlike competitive units, the VCC collects small, large and conductive materials. The filters are easy to replace, and the media collection surface holds up to 30% more contaminants than comparable products; which means less frequent filter changes.

The F Series is a durable, high-performance, free-standing system that is ducted directly to an operation and designed to collect virtually 100% of coolant smoke, mist and dust generated from metal finishing and forming processes.

This heavy-duty unit can be placed directly on or adjacent to machining centers. With its Dual Stage Filtration, the F Series includes two filter stations with wire mesh pre-filters and 100 sq ft fiberglass primary filters. As an option, these units can also be equipped with a third-stage HEPA filter that collects with 99.97% efficiency at 0.3 microns!

The F Series is available in four configurations, from 1,250 CFM up to 7,000 CFM, and is also available with options such as a Silencer Package and Three-Phase Motor Starters.
